Nominations for induction into the CMQHOF occur every other year, on the odd numbered years.  Nominees must be a resident of one of the five counties that make up the Catskill Mountain Area.  Below is the 2025 solicitation for nominees as well as the forms for induction application, the judging criteria and the judging form used during the evaluation.
